Ashford Community

The Ashford Community tennis courts are open to Ashford Community residents in good standing.

One tennis key per household can be obtained through the management company (RCM) at (281) 493-5400. The courts are lighted for nighttime play until 10pm. Please turn out the lights and lock the gates when leaving.

Tennis courts are for tennis only. Absolutely no roller skating, rollerblading or scooters will be permitted on the courts. Players should observe the following tennis rules:

Tennis hours of operation will be observed.
- Tennis court hours: sunrise – 10:00 pm
- Practice backboard hours: 10:00 am – 10:00 pm
While playing tennis, children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult over 21.
Do not wear rubber spikes or metal cleats on the tennis courts. Only tennis or court shoes accepted.
No eating or drinking (other than water) on the tennis courts.
No smoking allowed on the tennis courts.
Loud or abusive language will not be permitted.
Non resident tennis guests will be limited to three per resident adult.
Ashford tennis keys cannot be duplicated. A replacement for a lost key can be purchased for $10.00. Click here for the form.
